The Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand Health Literacy Alliance brings together individuals, communities and organisations to advance health literacy as a human right and a driver of health, social and planetary equity.

We work collaboratively to strengthen policy, practice, education, and research across our region, embedding health literacy in all systems and sectors.

Grounded in partnership, co‑design, and respect for diverse knowledges, we aim to accelerate meaningful action, amplify a collective advocacy voice, and build capability, innovation, and impact to cement our region’s global leadership in health literacy.
